A “heavy leak” of chlorine at a wastewater-treatment plant slowed traffic Thursday afternoon at an interchange on Interstate 30.

Janese Lee of Little Rock, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Kavonte Anderson, described as her former boyfriend. Anderson’s body was discovered on I-30 near downtown early Wednesday morning.

Five vehicles that were taken from a bay area at a Pine Bluff car dealership early Wednesday morning were recovered by police and two suspects, including a juvenile, are under arrest.
