Lynch at Large

Pat Lynch: an Arkansas Icon (and very humble too)

This is what I have to put up with…

Nobody likes a wise guy, but I get plenty of ‘em. Here is an example of the mean emails I get in the typical day. The writer makes reference to this morning’s early headlines.

Since you selected the term, “major airport”, should I assume that the Tillman plane crash was in Nashville TN, not Arkansas?

When you say that the Junction Bridge is being shut down for runners and walkers, do you mean that the bridge closing is for their benefit?

Is it being shut down to runners and walkers for three months because of the famed city of Little Rock?

Perhaps you mean that, due to an attempt to excavate the little rock outcropping  which gave the city of Little Rock its name, the Junction Bridge will be closed for three months to all runners and walkers.

(Pat, your mistakes are few and your fans many.  We couldn’t do all you do, but we can’t help but tease you when we see a small chink in the armor)

Have a great Thanksgiving!
