Regulators from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are fining Spitfire Aviation Services LLC of Fayetteville, Arkansas $4 million for failing to adhere to several required FAA standards since 2005. From November 2005 to October 2007, this particular aviation company was allegedly noted for making over 790 flights without the FAA-administered certification and lacked a legitimate pilot-training program, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
