Sen. Pryor clashes with FEMA dragons: Lynched! May 24

Today, I try my hand at something completely new for this show, fairness. Sen. Mark Pryor has been deeply involved in efforts to spare a Mountain View couple having to repay FEMA $27,000 that they received in error as the result of a 2008 flood. If you are anything like me, you could be somewhat mystified by this episode. How could such a thing happen? Who is the “bad guy?” Should Congress act to spare those who were wrongly paid by FEMA since Hurricanes Rita and Katrina be protected by law? I have an excerpt of Pryor’s Senate speech giving some background and a few random opinions too. Listen here. Enjoy.
