All my friends are outlaws. Mark Pryor comments on the Ryan Budget and the real cost of Medicare changes. A poem for Memorial Day – Lynched! May 27, 2011

Some of my friends are in the news and it is not very good news for radio guy Tommy Smith and State Sen. Steve Harrelson of Texarkana. Rep. Tim Griffin steps back from some energy legislation. I have Mark Pryor audio on the Paul Ryan budget and the real cost to Arkansas seniors of his Medicare proposals. There is also a story about some lawmakers wanting to continue aid to Israel in order to gain God’s favor. There are theological and policy questions which are addressed here. The program is concluded with a poem appropriate for the Memorial Day Weekend, In Flanders Fields by Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae, MD (1872-1918), Canadian Army. Listen!
